Insurance

Pacific Metrics provides medical, dental and life insurance benefits for employees.  Dependents may be added at the employee’s expense. Employees become eligible for health insurance on the 1^st of the month following 30 days of full time employment.

Retirement

Pacific Metrics sponsors a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with a generous matching program and offers immediate vesting in the company’s contributions.

Stock Option Incentive Program

Employees are eligible for annual stock option grants at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Vacation

Pacific Metrics provides employees the opportunity to accrue 15 days of vacation per year.  After 5 years of service, the employee can accrue 20 days per year.

Holidays

Pacific Metrics observes eleven paid holidays during the year.
