PACIFIC METRICS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES NEW STRUCTURE OF CONTENT DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Monterey, CA − Pacific Metrics Corporation, a leading provider of assessment solutions, today announced the reorganization of its structure and management to its Content Development Department to more effectively support the needs of Pacific Metrics K−12 clients and customers, and to further pursue strategic opportunities for growth.
“As Pacific Metrics continues to grow, change, and evolve, this new structure will greatly improve upon the content and quality of our deliverables, thus increasing the satisfaction of our clients and customers,” said Robert Guerin, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
The new organizational structure is separated by content, quality assurance, operational support, and production services. Leslie Mugan leads as Senior Director of Content Development and Programs, responsible for managing resources and for creating and implementing workplans, schedules, and budgets. Ms. Mugan has over fifteen years in assessment-related fields. This experience provides her with a broad knowledge and understanding of the educational industry from which she can draw.
Leslie’s direct reports include: Jason Schwartz (Director of Publishing Systems), Tere McClenaghan (Operational Support Unit Supervisor), Jennifer Chamberlain (Content Unit Supervisor, ELA), Christine Broz (Content Unit Supervisor, eLearning) and Sachi Guzman (Production and Editorial Services Unit Supervisor).
Ms. Chamberlain supports the content unit, training and supervising the ELA staff and works closely with editorial staff. She leads the overall development of content for K-12 ELA tests. Ms. McClenaghan leads the operational support unit, supervising the development of instructional materials and ancillary documents. Ms. Guzman leads the production and editorial services unit, training and supervising art, production, and editorial staff. She oversees the editorial quality assurance process and scheduling.
“We look forward to the benefits of the restructure to our Content Development department, which will add to our staff’s efficiency and productivity,” Guerin said. “This new strategy will allow us to focus specifically on leadership and providing high quality deliverables on time. We are well positioned to extend upon Pacific Metrics growth and impact in the years ahead.”
