PACIFIC METRICS CORPORATION APPOINTS NEIL GRAHAM AS NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Pacific Metrics Corporation, a leading provider of psychometric software, test development, and web services for the K−12 assessment industry, is pleased to welcome Neil Graham as its Network Administrator.
Graham will oversee the smooth functioning of the Pacific Metrics network and all IT-related technologies, including ORCA™, a key Pacific Metrics product that allows educators to customize and administer online tests. Graham’s duties will include supporting end users, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues both on- and off-site.
Graham brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Pacific Metrics, including six years in a large-scale assessment environment. At the American Institutes for Research in Sacramento, Graham supervised all IT-related activities, supported users, integrated evolving technology into the company workflow and attended to all operational matters, including budgeting, purchasing and training of personnel.
Prior to his work at AIR as the network engineer, Graham served as systems administrator at Means Home Health in San Jose, and managed the network at Air 7 Seas Transport Logistics. He holds a B.S. in Business Computing from the University of Northumbria.
