Pacific Metrics Names Leslie Mugan as Vice President of Programs and Publishing

MONTEREY, CALIF., May 3 2011—Pacific Metrics Corporation, a leading provider of online assessment solutions, announces the promotion of Leslie Mugan to Vice President of Programs and Publishing. Previously the Senior Director of Program Management and Publishing, Mugan will continue to provide exemplary leadership in the implementation and fulfillment of content-related deliverables, in addition to increased organizational responsibilities.

With over twenty years in the assessment industry, Mugan brings a wealth of experience to this new role. Prior to joining Pacific Metrics in 2006, she spent seven years in Product Development at CTB/McGraw-Hill. She also served as Senior Education Associate at the National Education Goals Panel in Washington, D.C., where she helped develop recommendations for making state standards and assessments more transparent to the public.

Ms. Mugan holds an M.S. in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
